Complementary services to the 3D printing process

Our 3D printing service offers comprehensive support from the initial idea to the final finished piece. To guarantee the best results, we integrate three complementary phases into the workflow: design and engineering, 3D scanning and post-processing.

These services are not offered independently, but as part of an optimised process that ensures precision, functionality and high-quality finish.

Each of these phases is part of a workflow designed to optimise the quality, precision and efficiency of 3D printing.

This ensures that the customer receives not only a printed part, but a complete solution tailored to their needs.

Design and engineering

Before printing, we analyse the project requirements in order to develop or adapt the 3D model to the customer's technical specifications.

Our team reviews geometries, materials and conditions of use to optimise the design according to the printing technology and required performance (strength, weight, tolerances, assemblies, etc.).

At this stage, we can also redesign existing parts to improve their performance and adapt them to additive manufacturing processes.

Objective: To ensure that the model is technically feasible, efficient and ready for manufacture.

3D scanning

3D scanning is used when the customer does not have a digital model or needs to reproduce or modify an existing part.

Using high-precision scanning technologies, we generate an accurate 3D file that serves as the basis for redesign or printing.

This allows us to recover old parts, create replicas or make customised adjustments with complete fidelity to the original geometry.

Objective: To obtain an accurate digital basis for design and 3D printing.

Post-processing

Once the part has been printed, we apply different post-processing treatments to improve its aesthetic finish, mechanical properties or dimensional tolerances.

These include sanding, polishing and heat treatments, depending on the material and end use of the part.

This final step is key to achieving parts that are ready for use or integration into final products.

Objective: To offer a professional, functional and visually impeccable result.
